My First Post

Hi, this blog will remain pretty formal until my schedule provides time for me to personalize it. Until then, my name is Courtney Mericle, I am a first year grad student in media studies at The New School. I am 24 years old and live in Columbus, Ohio. I went to Ohio State University for my undergrad and received my BA degree in comparative studies with a focus in visual culture. My current interests are Spanish and Mexican film, the Sedaris family, teaching, gardening, and cooking. If you come across this blog randomly, feel free to post something about yourself.
